This project is a recruitment and brand experience booth designed for EDF Group, presented at Dunkerque 2024 in September. The booth focuses on showcasing EDF and Dalkia’s commitment to accelerating the energy transition, while creating a welcoming and engaging space for students and young talents. The objective: to design an open, immersive, and approachable stand that encourages dialogue, discovery, and interaction through informal discussions, digital content, and experiential activities, while clearly expressing the group’s values, career opportunities, and role in building a more sustainable energy future.
the challenge
One of the main challenges of this project was designing a 45 m² booth open on all four sides that could host multiple functions while remaining clear, welcoming, and highly visible. I had to carefully organize the space to integrate a central bar, a cosy lounge area, informal standing zones, and areas for student engagement and discussion, without disrupting circulation. At the same time, the booth needed to clearly express EDF’s identity while incorporating Dalkia’s presence, balance strong visual impact with readability, and include digital content and storage discreetly. Finally, the design had to align with a responsible and RSE-oriented approach, using warm, reusable materials and efficient lighting, while delivering a coherent narrative around recruitment and the energy transition.
